Our three teeth whitening syringes are labeled week-1, 10% Carbamide Peroxide; week-2, 16% Carbamide Peroxide; & week-3, 6% Hydrogen Peroxide. Top-Up Regime
Once you have completed the 3-week teeth whitening treatment, keep the attachments on your back teeth and top-up once a month for the first 6 months. Hi. I have just received my enlighten pack however it doesn’t have any enlightening serum, also my dentist didn’t mention any pre care?
There is also no after care enlightening tooth paste?
Am I safe to start syringe treatment week 1 with no serum care?
After reading reviews I’m worried incorrect information was given to me.
I was told to wear for one hour a day. Here it’s states week 1&2 are to be worn overnight. I’m sooooo confused

How important is it to use the toothpaste for two weeks before treatment ??

We recommend to use the Enlighten Serum two weeks prior to whitening as it is our desensitising protocol, and this helps prevent any sensitivity you may get through out your treatment. It also helps to protect your teeth, however if you don’t use it, it will not affect your whitening treatment.

Used the Evo 4 enlighten kit for 3 weeks , and tbh pretty disappointing results , as I paid £600 pound for the kit , my teeth are blotchy and look worse than before , very dissatisfied customer 😔

Hi, I’ve just begun my enlighten journey! I received my kit from the dentist but I haven’t received any swabs like I’ve seen mentioned here. Are these no longer supplied?

The desensitising swabs have been discontinued due to a manufacturing closure. However, within this blog article we have provided you with sensitivity care advice. If you experience any sensitivity throughout your treatment, place a small lentil size amount of the Enlighten Serum into the whitening trays and wear for 1 hour before or after whitening. My syringes 1 and 2 each have expiry dates clearly printed on them. By contrast, syringe 3 does not have an expiry date although ‘CO15’ is printed on it in place of an expiry date.
Is there a reason for this absence of an expiry date on syringe 3? How do I know whether it is safe and useable for top ups without an expiry date on the syringe?

If I still have product left in my syringes after I have completed the whitening process, can I use what’s left as my top up?

Yes, you will be able to use the gels to top up if you have any left, however please make sure they are in date by checking the expiry on them. Thank you for contacting us, there are expiry dates on the whitening syringes which tell you when they have run out of date. See the syringe to check if you can still use them. We recommend completing your whitening treatment with no breaks, as this may affect your overall whitening results.

My dentist had recommended you for my tests whitening. Can you confirm if it would still be okay to drink black and the occasional coke cola after treatment? You only mention red wine and coffee in you article.
